Phasio was built for Western Manufacturing
Like many engineers, my early career was inspired by 20th century accomplishments in Aerospace and Computing. By 2012, the world was rebuilt as an information economy - but we'd left the manufacturing industry behind. We've actually backpedalled! We no longer have supersonic air travel and we haven't revisited the moon in almost 50 years.
We've made huge strides in internet technology, but we've left the built world behind. Trying to develop a new physical product in the west is hard, because we sent large batch manufacturing overseas, leaving only fast-turnaround, short batch manufacturing in-country.
Phasio began offering quoting software for Additive in 2023. We built for manufacturers across the world; Europe, North America, APAC. The deeper we went, the more we realized that they all faced the same issues.
Quoting is not the problem. High-mix, low-volume manufacturing comes with a unique set of challenges that nobody is solving. There are dozens of PLM, ERP, MES (whatever 3-letter acronym you like) providers in the world - none of them truly enable manufacturers build more parts, at higher quality.
So Phasio grew. Production operations, branded customer storefronts, part intelligence, and a connected back office now sit on the same platform. The principle is simple: Phasio solves the whole problem; not just a slice of it.
Today Phasio is used by more than a hundred contract manufacturers across nine countries, from single-cell machine shops to multi-site multi-process operations. The team is small and globally distributed, just like our customers. Most product decisions get made on a call with a shop owner, not in a strategy deck.

The leadership team
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Harry Conor Lucas

Harry is a Mechanical Engineer from Australia. He started his career at the European Space Agency in Germany. His background sits at the intersection of software and hardware, having almost a decade of combined experience in the software and manufacturing industries.
As a hands-on engineer, Harry's favourite part about running Phasio is the opportunity to visit and spend time with manufacturers who are making real products for the world.
These days he splits his time between customers, code reviews and the company's long-term direction. Phasio is run as a product company first, and Harry stays close to the work – which is harder than it sounds when the customers are spread across nine countries.
Chief Commercial Officer
Ludwig Hendl
Hamburg, Germany
Ludwig joined Phasio early and runs the commercial engine of the company, particularly in Europe. In the early stages of getting set up with Phasio, Ludwig will be leading the way for you.
He holds a Master's in Quantum Physics from TU Delft. This, combined with his German citizenship, makes him the resident mad-scientist. Ludwig has extensive experience in setting up pricing equations for manufacturers of all sizes.
At Phasio, Ludwig works closely with Harry on strategy and with the engineering team on what ships when, and is usually the person customers end up emailing when they want to understand the company behind the software.
THE TEAM

Ross was previously a Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase, Inflow and Picnic before joining Phasio. He is a software engineer with a knack for product design, and an engineering degree from the University of Strathclyde.
Yi Jiun previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Singtel before joining Phasio. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree from the University of Warwick.
