PART HISTORY
Spot a part you've made before.
Before a quote goes out, Phasio analyses the geometry and how it compares to others you've already made. The system learns from parts you've made over time.
- Geometry analysis you can trust. The CAD engine looks at wall-thickness, overhangs, undercuts, pockets and thin-features to determine manufacturing issues.
- Historical part recognition. Phasio recognises when you've made a part before and will flag potential issues, like scrap risk or historical under-quoting.
- Visual part matching. Photograph a part on the shop floor and Phasio finds its CAD counterpart in your library; useful for re-orders, inspection, and returns.
- Intelligent does not mean insecure. Phasio's AI models run on our own infrastructure and your CAD files never leave our network.
